About Saeed Nikzad

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics, and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a focus on Systems. Originally, I had intended to pursue a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Munich, but during the three-month gap between my Master's and PhD programs, I decided to work at a company to make better use of my time. As someone who pays close attention to details, I quickly realized that one of the major challenges faced by organizations is how people interact with each other and how they struggle to communicate their ideas effectively. This piqued my interest and ultimately led me to change my career path. Instead of pursuing a PhD, I decided to pursue an MBA at Harvard University. For the past eight years, I have been working in the field of Human Resources, and I strongly believe that by creating human connections in business and understanding that people are not machines, we can achieve better results in their performance. My passion lies in leadership and management, and I enjoy identifying people's talents and putting them on the right path.
