As a SHRM Certified HR professional, I bring hands-on experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR tech implementation. Currently working as a Senior Executive – HRBP at Infra.Market, I’ve contributed to major initiatives like HRMS, dashboard automation, and process optimization for smoother employee lifecycle management. My journey began with internships at MacStudio.co.in and SEMS Foundation, where I built a strong foundation in recruitment, training, and employee relations. I then joined Infra.Market as an HR Intern, gradually advancing to HR Executive and now serving as a Senior Executive – HRBP. Across these roles, I’ve led end-to-end HR processes, managed onboarding and exit cases, streamlined attendance and payroll workflows, and supported strategic data reporting efforts across departments. Passionate about blending HR with technology, I’ve developed tools like an HR Bot and contributed to building automated TA dashboards and SharePoint systems.
