Background

About Safi Koffi

I started my career facilitating drama-based workshops building trust between young people and their wider communities. Starting my journey there, I knew I wanted to help people upskill and with that I've trained over individuals. My passion lies in education and providing people with the tools to grow organically. Specialising in leadership and communication skills, I’ve been able to work within various industries such a transport, finance and technology. Delivering services ranging from consultancy, administration, content curation, facilitation, and project management. The arts-based approach has influenced much of my style and my foundations will always be rooted in creating safe spaces for individuals to express themselves whether in a training environment, at events or throughout projects. As a lifelong learner, I’m always looking for ways to expand and will continuously grow from all opportunities and new connections.
