About Sagal Ali

Sagal Mohamud is a program management professional with over nine years of experience in project development and management, most recently focusing on the design and implementation of effective programming through in-kind grants and direct delivery of assistance. She is also well-versed in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, advocacy, community consensus, and report writing. Ms. Mohamud is currently Senior Grant's Office at TIS3 USAID Program Implemented by DT-Global, she served as a Research officer with HexaGon consulting under Supporting Pastoralism on Recurrent and Protracted Crisis (SPARC) and Program Development Officer with DT Global for the USAID/Somalia Transition Initiatives for Stabilization Plus (TIS+) program, where she oversaw the development and implementation of grant activities across the Banadir Region. Before joining DT Global, she worked with Somali Peace Line as a Project Coordinator focusing on child protection and as a Program Officer focusing on gender-based violence. Ms. Mohamud holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and is fluent in both English and Somali
