Sagar Baheti has more than 14+ years of IT Industry experience and has worked in Banking and Financial services domain which includes client-side experience at New York (USA), Bergen (Norway) and Dublin (Ireland). He has vast experience on Mainframe Modernization projects (like Reverse Engineering and creating Micro services with MF on back-end) with multiple clients. Currently working for an Australian client to migrate the system from MF-M204 to pega by rules extraction. Worked on the output of iSAT tool from Averisource vendor as part of Reverse Engineering. Have a basic understanding of Mongo DB, Cloud computing, MF data migration and IBM ADDI tool. Worked on MIPS optimization for CPU usage on Mainframes. Strong technical and functional experience leveraging IBM Mainframe platform. His experience includes projects on JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMS-DB, PL/I, VSAM technologies and supporting Mainframe tools. Experienced in Team Management, Client relationship management, and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment. Excellent communication, people, and team and leadership skill along with extensive technical and functional knowledge. Experience in all phases of software life cycle, including SCRUM, KANBAN, Dynamic System development Model (DSDM), PI Planning, requirements analysis, Agile testing, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, management, and reporting. His roles & responsibilities includes bandwidth evaluation, work allocations, year-end ratings, coaching the team members, estimations, requirement analysis, project status tracking and publishing, identifying the dependencies, highlighting risks, helping team members in technical challenges and making sure timely deliveries, conducting quality reviews.
