Ltd. • Conceptualized a customized solution for managing the inventory of finished goods and raw materials of this 300 Cr company. • The same system was used as a basis for implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP (now called Microsoft Business Solutons) system within the organization. Played the role of the client side Project Manager liaising with the implementing partner. The project was implemented within the agreed timelines and under budget. • Managed network infrastructure which included around 100 systems and ensured network uptime between the manufacturing unit and corporate headquarters within mutually agreed SLAs.
