As a Lead Program Manager at RXO, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative learning and performance products and solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our diverse and global workforce. I have over eight years of experience in e-learning design, multimedia development, and graphic design, using various software programs such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Photoshop, and InDesign.I collaborate with skills clusters and internal and external stakeholders to identify, support, and implement the product development cycle, with a strong focus on user experience and user interface. I also manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and compliant with quality standards. I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices. My goal is to empower our learners with engaging and effective learning solutions that help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
