I work at the intersection of education, technology, and hands-on execution, bringing STEM to life where it matters most. Currently leading Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at an EdTech company, I’ve spent the last decade designing curriculum-aligned STEM programs that are practical, safe, and scalable. My work includes developing India’s first LIY electronics kit, building 12+ activity-based learning kits aligned with NEP and IKS, and onboarding top STEM brands into a unified learning ecosystem. My journey started with a Master’s in Mechatronics from the University of Siegen, Germany, and evolved into launching and scaling a home automation brand in India. That experience shaped how I approach product design, market alignment, and scalable delivery skills I now apply to the education sector. As an ATL Mentor of Change, I’ve worked closely with schools, NGOs, and engineering institutions to bridge the gap between curriculum design and real-world learning. I specialise in building STEM programs from the ground up: from curriculum frameworks and kit ideation to facilitator training, safety testing, and outcome-based assessments. What drives me is simple—ensuring that students everywhere get to learn by doing, not just by reading. Whether it's designing low-cost learning kits or shaping large-scale implementation models, my focus remains on execution that creates lasting impact.
