Area of work: Global Security Technical lead Working as Global Security Technical Lead and responsible for supporting security M365 Security, Vulnerability management, Governance and Risk compliance and Multifactor Authentication team and tracks. Technical Responsibility: Endpoint detection and response(EDR),Next Generation Antivirus Solution (NGAV), Extended detection and Response (XDR): EDR: CrowdStrike, Microsoft defender for endpoints, NGAV: McAfee EPO XDR : Microsoft Defender for endpoints (MDE), Microsoft defender for office 365 (MDO), Microsoft Defender for identity (MDI), Microsoft defender for cloud apps (MCAS), Microsoft Information protections (MIP). •Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security technologies including NGAV, EDR and XDR solutions, to detect, prevent and respond to advanced threats and malware. •Hands-on experience on EDR, NVAV, XDR Incident Response and process. •Define the end to end Incident response process and playbook for remediation activities. •Hands-on experience on end to end phishing remediation process. •Defining and maintaining the target for monthly Key performance indicators (KPIs). Vulnerability management & patching: Qualys, IBM App scan, Nexpose •Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools •Preparing vulnerability management reports and following with remediation team till closure •Defining the RACI matrix for Vulnerability management track. •Defining and maintaining the target for monthly Key performance indicators (KPIs). Governance and Risk compliance •Managing the governance and risk compliance track. •Maintaining risk register for the organizations and track to it closure. •Performing Incident Security manager role. •Conduction CSIRT drills. Other Responsibility: •Planning and designing transformation projects. •Establishing end to end process to support the BAU operations. •Maintain program level KPI related to SLA, CSAT. •Single point of contact for entire Global Security Tower. •Review the entire change management. •Onsite client facing single point of contact for entire Global Security tower. •Global Security Service delivery board meeting preparation and presentations. •Leading the offshore and on shore Security Engineering team in 24 x 5 fashion. Responsible for 10+ different security tools for approximately users which are globally situated over world. •Preparation of project weekly, monthly, quarterly security report, project audit/quality audit. •Single point of contact for P1P2 incident, escalations and problem tickets management.
