I’m a dedicated IT professional with a strong foundation in networking, system administration, and technical support. With experience as a Service Technician at Greenbox Group, I’ve developed hands-on skills in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems. My role has also allowed me to support large-scale IT asset management, providing clients with reliable and secure solutions. Having completed a Bachelor's in Networking leading to Cyber Security from the Melbourne Institute of Technology and recently achieved my CompTIA Network+ certification, I am well-versed in networking protocols, OSI model, network security, and the fundamentals of network infrastructure. I have practical experience working with network devices, and I’m continuously expanding my expertise to stay ahead in the fast-evolving IT landscape. I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills to improve systems reliability and support business goals. My goal is to grow into roles where I can manage and enhance IT systems on a larger scale.
