I am a Mechanical engineer with 14 years of experience, intending to build a career in product development in a growth oriented & extremely competitive organization that will offer me new opportunities to learn & perform at different levels. My key focus areas are - • Working knowledge of New Product Development Process for development of consumer and medical products which includes Mechanical, Navigation and Robotic devices. • Developed medical product as per EU MDR, ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR regulations and requirements. • Extensive knowledge of Quality Management System, Design and Risk controls. • Lead a team of engineers to support the Specialty Medical device business for North East region. • Conducting feasibility study, Benchmarking and Concept finalization aligned with the customer specific technical requirement. • Performing Design Verification and Validation including development of Test method validation requirements. • Conducting Design Calculation, Tolerance & Functional analyses and preparing Risk Management documents and reports. • Experience in designing and manufacturability of metal, plastic and sheet metal components using process like Wire/ Ram EDM, CNC, milling and Injection Moulding. • Extensive experience in Creo/NX and Windchill for CAD development. • Knowledge of Heat treatment, Passivation and Finishing processes. • Knowledge of 300/400 series metals and plastic materials
