With over 17 years of work experience in the automobile industry, I am a seasoned manager at Mahindra & Mahindra, one of the leading automotive companies in India. My core competencies include product quality, product evaluation, customer interactions, complaints resolutions, dealer technical support, warranty, failure analysis, product development, benchmarking, value engineering, cost reduction, product launch quality, problem solving, and supplier development.As a manager, I lead a team of engineers and technicians who are responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of mechanical systems of automobiles, such as steering, suspension, chassis, hydraulics, rubber parts, and hoses. I use various tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, DMAIC, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and project management, to identify and eliminate defects, reduce warranty failures, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve operational excellence. I also hold certifications in quality management system, lean six sigma, and project management, which demonstrate my commitment to learning and excellence.
