About Sagar Sheth

I’m an Electrical Engineer with 12+ years of experience in rail and transit projects across Canada, with a focus on systems integration, interface management, testing & commissioning, and operations & maintenance. My experience covers the full project lifecycle—from design and manufacturing oversight to system integration, testing, commissioning, and ongoing operations. I’ve worked on major LRT and subway programs, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure systems are delivered safely and perform as intended in service.I have hands-on experience with rolling stock, interface coordination across multidisciplinary systems, and leading testing and commissioning activities. I’ve also been involved in maintenance planning, fleet reliability, and supporting day-to-day operations, giving me a practical understanding of how systems perform beyond project delivery.I enjoy working in complex environments where coordination and problem-solving are key. My focus is always on practical delivery—making sure systems integrate properly, issues are resolved early, and operations run smoothly.Always open to connecting with professionals in transit, rail, and infrastructure.
