As a Regional Manager at Infibeam Avenues Limited, I am responsible for managing the most strategic buyer accounts for GeM, the government e-marketplace for online procurement of goods and services. With my MBA in Marketing and International Business and over 15 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, I have the skills and knowledge to drive growth, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. I have trained over government officials across all departments on the procurement process and policies, and assisted them in finalizing the value of more than Crores Rs. worth of transactions successfully through GeM. I also work closely with the technical integration team to deliver customized solutions for the buyer organizations, and coordinate with the operations team to resolve any escalations or issues. My mission is to enable transparency, efficiency, and innovation in the public procurement domain.
