Hi! I am Sagar Filipe Wankhede, a passionate Educator and Researcher specializing in Geo-Informatics and Remote Sensing, with a strong focus on leveraging satellite imagery for cutting-edge analysis. My expertise lies in processing and analyzing very high-resolution satellite data, utilizing advanced image processing and GIS software such as ArcGIS, ENVI, ERDAS Imagine, and eCognition to extract meaningful insights.As an Assistant Professor and Doctoral Candidate, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in Earth Observation and development of data and methods. My research explores the comprehensive understanding of Satellite-based Earth Observation, particularly in glacier mapping and surface facies analysis.My approach is not just about teaching and research; it's about building a bridge between academia and industry.
