As the ICT Service Delivery Manager at Territory Generation, I oversee the delivery of ICT services and projects across the organisation, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and priorities. I have over 12 years of work experience in various ICT positions, ranging from systems administration to senior ICT service officer. I am passionate about enhancing the cybersecurity posture and resilience of the energy sector and critical infrastructure, which is why I am pursuing a (ISC)² certification in CISSP. I have also completed a graduate certificate in information technology (cybersecurity) and a specialised course on building cyber resilience for the energy sector and critical infrastructure, which has equipped me with the latest knowledge and skills in this field. I leverage my expertise in ServiceNow administration, Jira, and XML to streamline and automate ICT processes, improve service quality, and increase customer satisfaction. I excel at building strong professional working relationships and effectively negotiating with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and vendor representatives.
