About Sahar Abdallah-Eissa

I am a self-made entrepreneur, born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. I started my career early in College years working as a flight attendant for various Airlines. After I graduated College, I realized that my passion for travel and exploring needed to be shared with people and in order to fulfill this, I decided to switch gears to join the Travel and Tourism industry. Later I moved to California, USA, and started my own tour company. I’m a firm believer that travel is a paradigm that nurtures the soul; it widens our horizon for a better understanding of different cultures,the experiences we encounter during travel changes our perspective on life and our universe. That is what drove me,to incorporate the motto "travel for a purpose” throughout our tour programs. We specialize in hands-on cultural immersive activities for small groups and independent travelers, designed to allow travelers to connect to our diverse World. We offer a variety of tailor-made;cultural adventure, gastronomy experiences, and stays that are aligned with ethically sustainable travel practices guidelines. We only resource local suppliers and local tour guides. My skills and experience is demonstrated highly in outfitting motivated professional suppliers that understand stakeholders' interests and needs while engaging all parties in the operational process to achieve a well-balanced ecosystem. I am an active member in various travel trade organizations as well being proactive in my community, chairing several committees that promotes building bridges between diverse ethnic backgrounds. I’m also an active member in several international women organizations that support women empowerment.
