I am a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive global expertise and over two decades of experience in education policy, leadership, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor with the Ontario Public Service (OPS), I bring a proven track record in policy development, evidence-based decision-making, and delivering high-impact projects that prioritize equity, diversity, and inclusivity. With advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TPON, EDSC, Power-BI and multimedia production tools, I excel in analytical research, stakeholder engagement, and project management. My ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives is complemented by strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
