As an IT Technician with several years of experience in technical support and system administration, I have developed a solid foundation in managing and securing IT infrastructure. My current role involves providing support to internal users, ensuring the reliable operation of Windows/Linux servers, and maintaining network security. I’ve implemented automated processes that have significantly reduced system vulnerabilities, helping to maintain a strong security posture. My experience also includes handling threat detection, responding to security incidents, and educating/raising awareness among end users about phishing and other potential security threats. I take pride in fostering a culture of security awareness, empowering users to recognize and respond appropriately to malicious activities, all of which contribute to a secure and stable IT environment. Driven by a passion for cybersecurity, I continuously seek to deepen my knowledge and skills. I’m looking to transition into a SOC Analyst or System Administrator role, where I can apply my experience to support a team committed to protecting and enhancing organizational security.
