About Sahibpal Singh

We’re living in a world where systems are getting more and more intertwined, shaped by fast-moving technology that’s constantly redefining how we experience products, services, and even workplaces. With all this change, it’s become essential to bring design and behavioral understanding right into the core of how businesses think and operate, to make them more human, adaptable, and resilient. I’ve always believed that good business decisions come from truly understanding people; their emotions, motivations, and everyday realities. That lens helps drive more thoughtful change and lasting transformation. Right now, I work at the crossroads of workplace experience, culture, and systems, designing environments and rituals that nurture collaboration, belonging, and a shared sense of identity. My work draws on service design, behavioral insights, and systems thinking to shape spaces and experiences where both people and organizations can thrive. After all, businesses designed in silos are experienced in bits. Always happy to chat about design, culture, and the future of work.
