As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Quality Department, I am driven by a strong passion for precision, process control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments. My experience involves conducting in-line and final inspections, assisting in supplier audits, and contributing to root cause analysis and CAPA implementation — all aligned with IATF 16949 standards. I am working closely with quality documentation such as PPAP, MSA, and FMEA, and contributing to initiatives that improved inspection efficiency and reduced rework. My technical foundation is complemented by hands-on skills in tools like Power BI and Excel, which I leverage to bring data-driven insights into quality monitoring and reporting. I believe in learning by doing, staying proactive in professional development, and adapting quickly in shift-based roles.
