Part of the core leadership team at Paisabazaar - India’s largest marketplace for consumer credit and free credit score platform. We have served over 37 million consumers in the last 9 years. We are also one of the rare B2C fintechs with large scale, popular consumer brand and profitability (adj EBITDA positive since Dec 2022)- Heading Unsecured Loans – Currently, operating at INR crore annualized disbursals, with ~80% y-o-y growth and healthy margins - Responsible for P&L and partnerships with Banks, NBFCs & fintechs at the core along with creating a digital-focussed seamless CX and building healthy portfolio for partners - Working towards inclusiveness through endeavours aimed at meeting needs of consumers across the credit spectrum. Creating and scaling lending solutions for varied consumer segments through economies of segmentation, E2E digital processes and building supply (through deep & innovative partnerships)- Inculcating customer and partner first approach and culture within a highly motivated and execution-focussed team - Watching out for early signs and tracking any systematic risk and taking necessary action - Managed the Org’s payment products, liabilities and investment businesses and took them to leadership position within 3 years - Also, played an instrumental role in creating India’s biggest credit awareness initiative by managing strategic partnerships and building the ‘free credit report’ ecosystem on the Paisabazaar platform.
