Since then, I've evolved alongside digital technologies. From starting my career with a North American e-commerce startup to promoting hotel room bookings across the U.S. and Europe to heading operations of startups, I've consistently helped businesses adapt and grow online.I've headed operations for two startups, managed teams of up to 75 professionals, and mentored graphic designers, web developers, SEO experts, performance marketers, and content writers to create and grow brands. I have led projects involving content strategy, brand enhancement, and paid marketing campaigns. I've overseen cost-effective offshore operations, ensuring top-quality deliverables for North American B2B and B2C companies.My expertise extends to P&L management and strategic budgeting, having successfully led business operations through financially challenging times.
