As a healthcare and biomedical professional with a foundation in biomedical engineering and clinical operations, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of technology, patient outcomes, and communication. With hands-on experience in healthcare coordination, EHR systems, and cross-functional team collaboration, I’m now focused on transitioning into medical device sales — where my technical understanding and people-first approach can directly impact patient care. My background spans from managing patient care logistics at Ontario Health and SE Health to navigating complex EHR platforms like CHRIS, Procura, and AcuteNet. I’ve supported care teams, coordinated schedules, and upheld privacy compliance (PHIPA) — all while ensuring patients and providers stay connected and informed. My early exposure to medical device sales during my internship at CPC Diagnostics gave me a taste of the fast-paced, impactful world of healthcare technology. I supported product demonstrations, analyzed competitor positioning, and worked with clients to understand their technical needs. That experience, combined with my communication skills and multilingual fluency (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Punjabi), has solidified my interest in building a career where I can be both a technical resource and a relationship builder.
