With years of experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and driven IT Manager at Vedantu, an online education platform. I lead a team of 10+ IT professionals who are responsible for delivering seamless infrastructure and technology solutions. My core competencies include IT infrastructure, network and cloud security, IT policies and budgeting, and IT project management. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the IT team, having worked in different countries and industries, and I value collaboration, innovation, and learning.In my current role, I am responsible for building, and managing End-to-End IT infrastructure for different branches, where my role entails fostering a culture of Innovation and facilitating the transition of digital solutions into the mainstream business operations. Furthermore, I have to ensure the services for areas like innovation strategy development, technology assessment and adoption, cross functional collaboration, project management, stakeholder Management, handling Capex/Opex and budgetary activities, and leading a team of network security engineers, system engineers, and IT experts. I have successfully implemented IT policies, SOPs, KPIs, and procedures that align with the business objectives and ensure compliance and quality standards. I have also delivered end-to-end IT projects, such as network and cloud security, web-application security, email security, and office 365, Google Suite, and Microsoft services. I have demonstrated my skills and knowledge in incident management, service management, and hands on experience on Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, Aruba, Cloudflare, Wireshark, InsightVM, and many more.
