About Sahil Joshi

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced one of the biggest decisions of my life: transitioning from a career in sports to the corporate world, an unfamiliar path with uncertain prospects. While the initial phase was challenging, it proved to be a rewarding journey, and I can confidently say I have no regrets about my choice. Currently, I work with the CEO and CXOs at Acuité Group, having joined as a fresher without a specialized degree. My academic background and experience in sports have given me a competitive edge in grasping the context behind various business decisions, even without formal training in the field. In my role, I have made meaningful contributions by drafting board-level notes, strategic documents, executive presentation, competition analysis and peer benchmarking. I am proficient in advanced data analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and scenario building, and also have hands-on experience in model development and validation. I am currently exploring and looking forward to establishing myself as a professional specializing in operational risk, SWIFT, country risk and credit risk.
