Throughout my academic career, I have been actively involved in communication-focused extracurricular activities, including public speaking competitions and events which required team guidance and management. These experiences have allowed me to develop my ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, as well as to listen actively and respond thoughtfully. In my internship with JW Marriott Hotel, I have put my communication skills to work, liaising with guests, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth and successful operations. I have also collaborated with cross-functional teams at McDonald's, Dehradun to develop marketing and promotional materials, leveraging my creativity and communication skills to craft compelling messages and campaigns. As a hospitality professional, I am committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive and effective communication.
