As an Information Technology Specialist at WeGeeks, I apply my knowledge and skills in network support, hardware, IT troubleshooting, and process improvement to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure across multiple offices and locations. I have successfully implemented and maintained various network devices and systems, such as UniFi Networks, Cisco Packet Tracer, and Linux servers, and provided technical support and training to end-users and staff. I graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems degree in 2020, where I gained a solid foundation in computer and information sciences and support services, including programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and C+. I also developed my leadership and entrepreneurial skills by becoming the executive of several university clubs and initiating a project to help transition university transfer students into university life. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in the IT industry, and I value collaboration, relationship-building, and goal-setting. I am bilingual in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Freshdesk.
