I started my career as a Process Associate at First American India Pvt Ltd company for a US Mortgage - Title Insurance projects, Later I got promoted to Quality Control Analyst - Senior Process Associate, I have experienced in U.S. Mortgage, Title Insurance & Title Search processes. In U.S. Mortgage - Title Insurance process, where my work includes Title Search, Data Extraction, Document Indexing, Quality Check & Quality Control. Building the database for title plant. Verifying the titles of the property by gathering all the required information related to “Title Chain” by using different sources. Current Owner search, Two Owner Search, Full Title Search, Title Updates etc. Collecting the required information from documents, loading them into module, performing quality check, adding the billing, along with Property Appraiser snap, tax snap, prepare final report & submitting the report to client Currently working as a Senior Technical Support Associate at Tech Mahindra Company from Jan - 2024 Engaging with International customers via Telstra messaging platform to provide efficient assistance with billing related queries, service details, and order placements using appropriate tools like Salesforce, Console, Siebel and Telstra website Identify the complex issues that require further assistance and escalate them to the appropriate team within Telstra - User Salesforce Tool for creating conversation case tickets
