I’ve always been someone who enjoys solving problems quietly, staying behind the scenes, and making things run a little smoother for the people I work with. I didn’t come from a flashy business background. What I’ve learned has come from real conversations with agency founders, figuring things out project by project, and building trust over time. I care about doing good work, staying honest, and making things less complicated — for both myself and the people I work with. Right now, I spend most of my time supporting creative and digital agencies through Stellites — a team we built to make hiring remote talent feel less like a gamble and more like a reliable process. That’s it, really. If you’re building something, figuring things out, or just want to connect — I’m always open to conversations that don’t need a pitch attached. I also enjoy hosting podcasts, learning about new digital marketing trends through seminars and webinars, and sharing insights at events whenever I get the chance.
