About Sai Meka

Sai is passionate about education and aims to provide an engaging, rigorous and high quality experience to the stakeholders involved by handling relations with various people such as staff, parents, students, regulatory bodies and the public on a regular basis. After his Bachelors in Business Administration, Sai holds a subsequent degree from Cardiff University in Master of Business Administration - MBA, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. With diverse experience in the field of management, marketing and more, Sai currently works as Head of Operations and Administration at Valistus International School, a Cambridge International School with the mission to create happy learners; and Whitefield Global School, a school committed to imparting holistic education to the children and turn them into responsible global citizens for the future, where he oversees the daily operations of both the schools. He in engaged in taking care of logistics, adminstrations, operations, budgeting, schedules, disciplinary actions, evaluations, admissions and public relations, marketing, hiring and more for both the reputed schools in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He leads and implements practices for achievements of high academic standards. Not only that, but he also supervises care of the facility for safety and quality of physical condition. Sai is a problem-solver, very attentive to detail, empathetic and a decision-maker who excels at creating a safe learning environment for students. He is knowledgable for school policies and adept at planning and organizing. He has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills that helps him engage with other staff members, teachers, students and external stakeholders.
