Background
About Sai Narayanan
Hi, I'm Sai Narayanan, a fourth-year Electrical Engineering student at Michigan State University, concentrating on IoT and Robotics/Automation, with a minor in Business. My career aspirations lie in the defense and tech industries, where I aim to contribute to protecting and advancing humankind. Looking ahead, I plan to pursue a Master's in Electrical Engineering and Supply Chain Management. At Michigan State University, I am an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the IceCube Research Group as well as P-One Electronics Lab Research Assistant in the Physics and Astronomy Department. In this role, I collaborate with multiple graduate students and other undergraduate researchers to design and conduct tests on 200 Multiple Digital Optical Modules (MDOMs), which will be deployed in Antarctica to detect neutrinos and advance ongoing research of 25+ years. I am also part of a project called P-ONE, a Pacific Ocean version of the Antarctica project, where I am contributing to the development of motherboards, which will eventually be commissioned to create hundreds of Pacific Ocean neutrino modules. In addition to my academic and research pursuits, I am actively involved in an Engineering Fraternity. I have served as the Recruitment Chair and Vice President of Membership, roles in which I honed my skills in problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution. I am also involved in the MSU Rocketry Club, part of the payload and Electrical Engineering Team. I am also a general member of the Engineering Society of Detroit through my involvement in Michigan's EV Scholar's Program.I am currently looking for Summer 2025 Internships and I am very passionate about learning and leveraging my technical expertise and leadership experience to drive innovation and make meaningful contributions to the fields of defense and technology.
