About Sai Thanmai

I’m an Application Developer at IBM with a focus on data engineering, marketing automation, and AI-driven customer engagement. With over 3 years of experience, I’ve designed and deployed end-to-end ML pipelines and personalized marketing solutions that have directly impacted business KPIs. On the data side, I’ve built churn prediction systems using PySpark, Python, and BigQuery that achieved 92% precision and reduced customer acquisition costs by 18%. My work includes developing scalable data pipelines, automating retraining using Airflow, and integrating insights into real-time Looker dashboards. In parallel, I specialize in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), where I’ve led the migration of 250+ campaigns and built modular, API-triggered journeys using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS. I’ve also implemented granular engagement tracking and A/B testing frameworks using SFMC Data Views. My foundation comes from a Master's degree in AI & ML from Hyderabad (CGPA 9.7), and I hold multiple Salesforce certifications across AI, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. I’m passionate about building systems that combine data, cloud, and customer experience to drive smarter marketing and retention strategies. Always curious, always learning, especially in areas where business meets tech.
