As a business analyst at iamneo, a leading online education platform, I work closely with the product manager and the UX/UI team to evaluate product requirements, create and manage roadmaps, and document and deliver user stories using the Jira platform. I also interact directly with clients to understand their needs and provide demonstrations of new updates. I graduated with a bachelor of engineering degree in civil engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in 2019, where I gained strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
