APPLICATION SUPPORT SUMMARY: Ensure that all the regular production support activities and application enhancement requests are resolved in time. Interact with business users and end users to understand their issues and new requirements. Application/ database access issues, data unavailability issues, data reconciliation issues etc. to be resolved logged by the users via tickets, mail/phone etc. Always ensure that the Production applications services are up and running. Hyperion security (User access and Security filters/ groups) Backup, Restore and Disaster recovery. Process improvement Plan activities (Automations of batch, performance, reports etc). Conduct the trainings (within the team and corporate) to fill up the knowledge gaps if exists within the team. Encouragement programs such as “Performer of the month”, extra miler etc. for team encouragement. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUMMARY: Interact with Business users for new requirements and improve the existing processes. Interact with the end users to fix the issues and bugs. Work with the Hyperion team - internal and external for smooth progress of the project and necessary automations needed. Develop Project plan, Preparation of project schedule, Scope, Resource estimation etc. Prepare Work Breakdown structure (WBS), Resource Breakdown structure (RBS), Prepare and maintain resource Workload structure etc. needed for the project preparation and maintenance
