I have a dynamic 32 plus years of expertise split into serving the Indian Army & Indian Air Force for 14+ years, thereafter ventured into the Corporate sphere and now have been leading Safety & Security deliverables for significant 18 years further split into 10+ in Banking & 6+ in International Schools. I have advocated and added value to a wide variety of Premier Banks namely Axis Bank, ICICI Bank & Union Bank of India, renowned International Schools as EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, Billabong International & Pearson India Schools and brands like IndiaBulls Real Estate & TATA Motors Ltd. I am adept at transforming Safety & Security procedures, controlling key functions such as Administration & Security Operations, Project Management, Logistics & supply chain, Budgeting, Quality Control and Human Resource Management. I have headed Security teams for safeguarding high-tech multi-million departmental assets, real estate projects worth INR 1K+ international standard Pre-Schools & K-12 ( Secondary) Schools with over 1L students, acquired procurement worth INR 10CR and released 25% cost savings, say approximately INR 12L per year on the annual costs. I am swift at identifying organizational protection goals & objectives and lead diverse teams towards achieving the desired results. I am proficient at administering a larger network of security directors, managers, security staff and other security agencies.
