Myself is the Deputy Director General and State Informatics Officer of National having more than 33 years of experience in Information Technology and e-Governance domain. Largely, I possess expertise in handing large e-Governance projects and Government Data Centre that has huge complexity in variety of Stakeholders, Government departments in particular. Additionally, I have techno-administrative experience as the NIC-State Head (Arunachal) for two years (2017-19) and Head of West Bengal State Data Centre as 7 years. Besides, I acquired some experience in mainataining electrical systems. I have special interest in cyber security and digital forensic research. In academic front I have already published two conference papers in Security Policy and three journal papers in Information security in the Electronic Government, the International Journal of Inderscience Enterprise and International Journal of Information Technology (BJIT) published by Springer. My research continues in Security & Forensics in e-governance. Oflate, have been awarded PhD degree by he National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal, Kolkata
