I have more than twenty three years of progressively responsible experience has encompassed management of all aspects of the Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering for various Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore upstream/ LNG/ Chemical & Petrochemical), ore treatment and pharma projects with globally known clients. I have an extensive experience of leading instrument installation studies and I&C for packaged units within the context of multi-national joint ventures, from the conceptual and basic design to the detailed engineering. I have a good experience in Management of design interface and coordination with remote engineering operating centres. The followings are my relevant experience and skills: • Managed team of 05-20 engineers / designers in different Technip operating centres • Well versed in I&C systems conception from conceptual, basic and details engineering. • Define scope of work, prepare estimate (all classes from conceptual to detailed) and schedule for instrument engineering portion of work in projects • Prepare accurate and complete designs and calculations as required to meet project requirements • Work in coordination with other disciplines leads to ensure effective quality product • Develop and recommend improvements in engineering and design standards to lower cost and improve work quality and facilitate engineering maintenance • Investigate and resolve unusual design and field engineering problems by devising new approaches. • Ensure that effective methods and design/engineering techniques are used • Work autonomously without direct supervision • Resolve project Instrumentation issues and problems • Proactive behaviour during basic and detail engineering phases • Collaborate with design team to maximize design value, budget and schedule responsibility • Worked in Multi -cultural situation on all Technip Projects • Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
