Bayzat is a leading platform that provides insurance, payroll, and HR solutions in the Middle East. In my current role, I spearhead a dynamic team of 16 Customer Success Managers, who are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I coach and mentor the team on effective customer engagements, using advanced dashboards to monitor critical metrics and craft data-driven strategies. I also lead the charge in scaling our revenue by creating accurate yearly projections and forecasts that align with the growth targets. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and empowering them to achieve their business goals.
