As an Assistant Project Manager at Ledcor, I manage the project change order process, coordinate between site team, trades, consultants and owners, prepare and issue tenders and contracts, and perform cost analysis. I also managed the RFIs and Submittal process and review shop drawings and specs to ensure product meats design. I have over 15 years of construction coordination and management experience, with a Bachelor and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering. I have a proven track record of supervising projects while ensuring compliance with designs, timelines and budgets, and delivering high-quality reports and and excellent communication skills with stakeholders. I am well-versed in contract administration and effectively managed the project cost control. I am highly knowledgeable of high-rise buildings construction process. I have also gained multiple certifications and skills in various software and tools, such as Procore, Prolog, PlanGrid, MS Project and AutoCAD, I am a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills and exceptional ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
