Delhi Metro Rail Corporation- Dynamic performance test of onboard IGBT based converter-inverter propulsion system installed on the train-Static test of the propulsion system, auxiliary powersupply system and Train Integrated Management System (TIMS)- Software calibration of propulsion system duringprototype test to meet the required performance criteria defined by the customer-Conducting the routine tests of the propulsion, APS, and TIMS system of the fleet of new trains before handing over to the customer-In hand experience on handling various test instruments (Memory Hi-coder, data logger, digital energy meter, test cards, strain amplifier, jerk sensor, monitoring panel, oscilloscope, autotransformer, EPROM eraser and uploading tool, and individual system maintenance terminal)- Analysis of test results, handling the test data and preparation of internal test reports for design issues. Preparation of test report for submission to customer-Performed Energy consumption accuracy test of the propulsion system and APS system, Regeneration performance test, PF accuracy test, temperature rise test of traction transformer- Interface testing with Brake and Door system- Involved in high-speed brake dynamics and interfacetests with Knorr-Bremse system- Troubleshooting of faults in train related to MELCO equipment as well as preparation of Investigation reports and NCR Reports for various electrical faults and faulty equipment- Identify and analyze root causes of vehicle failures, their effects on other vehicle systems and analyze schematic diagrams- Understanding of propulsion software logic and implementations for fault diagnostics- Implementation of HECPS and SECPs as per therequirements and approvals from customer- Preparation of test procedures and check sheets and submission to the customer for approval and modification if required- On emergency failure situation ensure quick solution & make a smooth revenue service.
