About Saif Ullah

With nearly 18 years of experience, including teaching at top business schools, serving as Principal/Head of Business College, Head of Teaching Department, researching with international university professors, supervising research, and working as a corporate trainer and finance manager in an airline, I bring a solution-oriented leadership approach. I specialize in finance and research courses at undergraduate to postgraduate levels, such as Business Finance, Financial Management, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Governance, International Financial Management, and Research Methodology. My leadership roles include Principal/Head (similar to Associate Dean) and Chairperson/Head of the Teaching Department, where I contributed to academic quality, financial sustainability, new program development, and increased student numbers. I launched programs like an MBA, BS in Accounting and Finance, BS in Business Analytics, MS/PhD in Management Sciences, and revamped the BBA. With 12 years of corporate experience in financial management and training, I effectively lead teams and foster collaboration. Skilled in people management, financial analysis, and leadership, I focus on resource optimization. In research, I excel in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and supervision, with over 50 papers published in top journals, including W category, 24 Scopus Q1, 1 ABDC A*, and 4 A-ranked journals.
