Hi, I have been in the Information Technology field for 6 years- Manage and oversee network availability, performance and infrastructure - Responsible for hyper-converged server including some minor configuration and services for operation - Perform quarterly cycle count for inventory purpose, along with finance audit from customer side - Involved in the patching and upgrade for VM's, backup data and Vcenter to ensure up to date - End user support in terms of any requests, incidents using SNow system - Involved in start up infrastructure projects regarding network, server and other IT equipment - Knowledge,experience and worked on with inter-vlan routing, switching and network protocols such as OSPF, HSRP, STP, EIGRP, and BGP- Worked on some personal projects such as designing a 2-tier and 3-tier network infrastructure, along with the full configuration - Familiar and worked with multiple products such as Aruba, Nortel, Cisco and Juniper devices for switches and Ruckus for WAP - Liaise and communicate with vendors and principals for further troubleshooting and problem solving session through bridge calls - Following and ensuring all the IT equipment and devices deployed are within the standards and safe for work - Multiple IT equipment management such as Zebra printers, scanners, Ricoh & Fuji Xerox printers and wear & tear items
