About Saiful Huda

Huda is a HR practitioners more than 2+ years experiences with a degree in Social Anthropology, Universitas Indonesia. Known for his high level of curiosity, he is always eager to learn new things. Huda has been fortunate enough to gain a diverse range of experiences. These experiences include serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Art and Culture for Internal Affairs at BEM UI 2020, serving as the Vice Project Officer for UI ArtX 2019 and the UI ArtX 2020 Steering Committee, and interning at companies such as Campuspedia, OVO, Tokopedia, and permanent employee at Pegipegi & Sekolah.mu. Huda's various roles have allowed him to explore the fields of Human Resources and Community Development. Throughout his experiences, Huda has developed and implemented training and development programs, managed recruitment processes, conducted performance appraisals, reported on employee satisfaction and engagement events, managed 360 reviews, and handled employee benefits. He has also gained experience in document preparation for new employees, the offboarding process, and working closely with business units to improve productivity. Huda's diverse experiences have well-equipped him for a career in Human Resources or People Experience and HRBP, as his experiences have provided him with a strong understanding of the inner workings of these fields.
