With over 28 years of progressive management and leadership experience in HR, GA, and Project Management, I have successfully established and managed HRM systems for over employees. My expertise encompasses various aspects of HR, including HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training & development, compliance & legal, general affairs, HR database & reporting, budget management, leadership & team management, regulatory compliance, investigations & incident response, compliance audits & monitoring, ethics & code of conduct, contract review & analysis, clean stove energy project. I am proud to have been honored with the Baker Hughes Global Silver Award in 2008 and 2009 for excellence in HR across Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and PNG. I possess in-depth knowledge of Indonesian industrial & labour laws, and I am well-versed in dealing with agencies such as the Manpower Dept, BPJS, local community leaders, and provincial/district governments. My strengths include honesty, high integrity, discipline, adherence to instructions (DoA), proficiency in administering HR & executing instructions, good leadership, along with fluency in both English and Indonesian. I hold a tertiary qualification in HR, with a diploma in Tourism, a degree in Economic Management, a Magisterial Management degree in General Management, a Doctorate in Economic Strategic Management, and certification as a CPHRM.
