About Saifullah Chaudhry

I am a Gender Equality and Inclusion Advisor with over two decades of leadership experience across the United Nations, INGOs, and academic institutions in Asia and Africa. I currently serve as CEO of Development Impact Solutions (DIS)- consulting firm registered in Canada. My work focuses on translating gender and inclusion commitments into measurable impact through evidence-based research, program evaluation, and policy reform. I have led multi-country assignments with ILO, UN Women, GIZ, Plan International, and UNFPA, advancing gender-transformative programming, adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), women’s economic empowerment, and gender-responsive migration and TVET systems. As a PhD anthropologist and practitioner, I bridge academic inquiry with practical action - integrating social research, systems thinking, and institutional capacity building. As visiting faculty, I al teach M.Phil and Ph.D. Students at Anthropology Departments, Quaid-i-Azam University. Based in Toronto, I lead a core multidisciplinary team delivering rights-based, inclusive solutions that strengthen governance, accountability, and sustainable development outcomes.
