Passionate about bettering lives through business. Today as the world stands at an unprecedented crossroads a beautiful future requires a trinity of brave change leaders sustainable designs and the ability to create impact at scale. The core to achieving this would be increase the probability of good decisions. As co-founder of X-Leap I see my role as enabling business and social sector leaders to make better decisions more often and quicker. Over the years I have played roles in sales product management management consulting and leadership coaching and of course now as a cofounder all roles have blurred :) I am always eager to have conversations even without agendas. Sometimes agendas pollute possibilities whereas curiosity leads to amazing adventures. Sometimes our paths may cross and sometimes we may fork yet it is immensely valuable to know that we are co-travellers on an adventure to create a Better World.
