Streamlined LC-based documentation for exports and local orders, enhancing operational accuracy.• Targeted direct & indirect exports under Pakistan's Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), trained the team on GD filing via PSW/WEBOC, and improved the efficiency of imported material utilization in local and export shipments.• Conducted daily Treasury activities with various banks, managed export proceeds settlement, negotiated exchange rates (Spot/Forward booking), and monitored interbank exchange rates. Ensured timely export payment realization, reporting to Directors and the Finance/Accounts Department daily. • Ensured SBP lien-free payments and streamlined export processes against usance bills through careful planning and proactive management.• Monitored timely submission of Refinance documents to Scheduled Banks/State Bank of Pakistan for loan settlements, adjustments, or rollovers (EFS Part-I, Part-II, FE-25 US$ loan, etc.). Managed Forward booking positions and loan closures.• Ensured timely recovery of custom rebate payments • Established strong relationships with Customs House Agents, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Associations, Banks, and Government Bodies. Independently managed all written correspondence with State Bank of Pakistan, Banks, Customs, Associations, FBR, and the Ministry of Textile Industry on various issues.
