As an experienced leasing executive and administrator, I have worked in various organizations across Dubai, UAE. With a strong track record of managing high-quality residential, retail and commercial properties, I am skilled in the end-to-end leasing process from drafting and execution of agreements to collection of rent and resolution of tenant issues. In my current role at Dubai Holding Asset Management LLC - Zone Services, I am responsible for managing value-added services to support the company's residential portfolio and Land Leases. This includes working closely with Head of Land Lease & property management teams to understand their requirements, building on them to support a higher quality of life, and capitalizing on potential revenue streams. I have also been managing the leasing process by drafting and executing agreements, verifying legal documents, raising legal requests, and managing special projects. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and updating real estate software like YARDI and EJARI. Prior to this, I worked as a leasing administrator at Dubai Holding Asset Management LLC - Dubai Retail, where I handled tenant relations, prepared necessary documentation to allow administration and execution of lease agreements, and ensured coordination with internal departments. I also maintained relationships with clients and attended to their needs to provide optimal levels of service. Before joining Dubai Holding Asset Management LLC, I worked as a Leasing Coordinator at Safeer Group of Companies in Sharjah, where I prepared lease agreements, amendments, and deeds to be checked by appropriate personnel for accuracy and ensured that the same is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed at the time of closing lease deals. I also monitored monthly sales of retailers and managed the retail utilities meter reading process. In my previous role at Optimum International Consultancy as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the visa and immigration service, ensuring that the process ran smoothly, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
