I am a public relations trainee at Alsamamah Business Services, a provider of business solutions in the UAE. In this role, I assist the team in Issuing Visa and insurance, Labour related processes, Medical and other related services I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Anna University, with a specialization in Human Resources Management. During my studies, I acquired strong analytical, leadership, and management skills that enabled me to handle complex and diverse tasks and challenges. I also gained valuable experience in HR and administration as an executive at Clazzo Innovations, a leading tech company, where I supported the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of the staff, as well as the coordination and communication of various projects and events.I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth. My goal is to leverage my expertise in HR and PR to advance my career and make a meaningful impact in the organizations I work for. I have excellent attention to detail, service levels, and staff communication skills, as well as a certification in Excel for Business Analysts. I am also proficient in Power BI and UAE Labour Law, as evidenced by my certifications in these areas.
